Facebook and Instagram ads for a dental practice
Facebook and Instagram will not catch the person with a broken molar at 9pm. They create demand for the cases patients postpone: clear aligners, veneers, whitening, an implant for someone who has lived with a failing bridge for six years.
What works is a face and a plain offer. A 20 second vertical video of the doctor answering one question, shot on a phone in the operatory, beats a designed graphic almost every time. Cost per lead runs $18 to $60 for an implant or aligner consult request, and a third to a half of those actually show.
Two limits specific to dentistry. No before and after photos of real patients without signed, treatment-specific marketing authorization. No audience built from a patient list, ever.
The common mistake is boosting a post about the office anniversary. That is not an offer. Two weeks in, working looks like 15 to 40 lead form submissions and an automated text already chasing every one of them.
