Every dentist gets the same pitch. Somebody promises 30 new patients a month, quotes a twelve-month agreement, and asks for the first payment before a single chair gets filled. The proof, if it arrives at all, arrives after the money does.
This site works the other way around. Every guide here gives you the entire method, with the numbers, whether or not you ever speak to us. If you would rather have it done for you, pick one service and we run it for 14 days at no cost. No card. If your new patient count does not move, you are out one setup call and nothing else.
What is on the site
The benchmark report is built from 86,875 public Google Business Profile listings for dental practices across 51 states. The median practice has 39 reviews. 21.5% link no website at all. Practices with a website carry a median of 103 reviews against 1 for practices without one. Find where you sit before you spend a dollar.
The guides cover what actually fills a schedule: review velocity that stays inside HIPAA limits, the Google profile fields most offices leave blank, ad campaigns that bid on implants and clear aligners instead of "dentist near me," the front-desk phone call where most new patient revenue quietly disappears, insurance versus fee-for-service positioning, and how to get named when somebody asks an AI assistant for a dentist in your town.
The calculator takes your own first-year patient value and call volume and shows what unanswered calls cost you every month. At a first-year value of $1,500 and a single-doctor practice fielding 80 new patient calls a month, a quarter of them going to voicemail is a six-figure annual leak.
Who writes it
Steve Meitler edits the site. He has spent years running growth campaigns for local service businesses, dental practices among them, and builds the benchmark dataset himself from public listings. Nothing on this site is sponsored. The method is on the about page.
